Great location close to the Gondola and shopping areas. Complete and delicious breakfast. Healthy and tasty dinners. Classy 'retro-historic' building. Sunny balcony views of the Valais Alps. Spending xmas at this hostel was a great experience. The location was amazing with breathtaking views of the mountains and easy access to buses and other transport. The freshly prepared meals were really delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that there were ski lockers and secure luggage lockers readily available, which made everything easily accessible. the free bus service offered to the main gondola stations was a big plus.
One of the downsides of the hostel is that the breakfast could have had more variety and options like hot dishes, such as eggs and sausages. , the queue for the only bathroom on my floor could have been long in the busy holiday period.

The food was quite good and the staff was friendly. the views were amazing, and the location was extremely convenient - close to the attractions and with easy access to transport.
The room was not clean and the bathroom facilities were terrible; there was no space to move around comfortably, and the shower was barely working.
